Costs

The first 30-minute introductory session is free.  This gives you a chance to see if counselling feels right for you and, most importantly, that you feel that my approach is right for you.  It also gives me the opportunity to see how I might best support you.

Thereafter, each 1-hour counselling session is £50. 

Counselling, by Zoom or telephone, for clients living anywhere in the UK. or abroad.  Face to face counselling available in Newton Abbot (private counselling room), or Chudleigh Knighton/Liverton for outdoor walk and talk therapy. 

Counselling sessions are usually held weekly, but I work flexibly to meet your specific needs.
