What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you use the contact form, email or telephone us to make an enquiry about our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily agree to contract for our counselling services.
How will we use the information we collect about you?
We collect information about you to process your enquiry, and manage your records if you decide to use our services. We do not share identifiable personal information with any other organisation.
Due to the nature of the work we do together, I use supervision to comply with the BACP Ethical Framework professional standards. All client work taken to supervision is anonymised to protect identity and preserve confidentiality.
We will not contact you to market any other products or services. Teign Valley Counselling will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other organsation.

If you decide not to use our counselling service, or if we are unable to contact you using the information you have provided, your personal information will be deleted within 14 days of receiving your initial enquiry.
